Valentine’s Day 2012
It’s a Tuesday so before celebrating, we experienced the way of learning new things and discovering what is not yet discovered by our brains with our classmates slash friends = school. After the tiring day, we went to Max’s restaurant to eat merienda. We used my GCs, which I won last last week. (Click here to know how I got them) My friends and I each had a silly name for ourself. I was Gregi (Greh-gee), Jaydee was Jear (Je-ahr), Rica was Rikito (Ree-kee-to), Pauline was Jimboy (Jihm-boi), and Faye was Bochok (Bot-chohk). Unfortunately, Bochok wasn’t able to come. :(
We weren’t able to finish one dish and decided to give it to the vendor outside. 2 red velvet cupcakes were idle on the middle of the table. We couldn’t finish it! As we went out the place, my friends gave the cupcakes to the tricycle driver and the boy who helped people park. I gave the dish to the vendor outside and said, “Happy Valentines po, Kuya!” with a smile. He gladly accepted it with a warm smile.
I’ve always thought of Valentine’s day as a celebration for couples and lovers only but I was totally wrong. Valentine’s day is dedicated for the people who need love. Now, I can absolutely say my Valentine’s Day is evocative.
Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! ♥
